How to use the mobile windows software?

Windows Mobile (now in Version 6) is a software that runs on Mobile Phones. If you are enamoured with Windows and its interface (I am not), you may want to use a similar interface on a cell phone. You need to buy a cell phone capable of running it and get a phone company to support it. Then you will have a Windows like handheld (like Palm or Blackberry) that will provide you with the familiar interface - down to Office and Outlook - in a slimmed down version suitable for mobile phone.
