Miss Sarah Hall
My father was born in Edinburgh and holds a British passport. Am I entitled to a British passport, and if so, what am I entitled to if I was living in England? specifically, would I be eligible for any benefits or study grants?

Your citizenship will determine which passport you may obtain.

You are not entitled to a passport, you must meet the qualifications.

Your other entitlements will depend upon your citizenship and other qualifications according to the individual specifications of each program.
