How would you communicate with some one that speaks french and you dont know any french?

Use sign language or take the time to learn French. Otherwise, have him/her learn English.

If yoy have android phone...youu can get french translator app or the dictionary...search in android market and you will get the audio version of it too.

Start with a decent translator interface like google translate. It wont be perfect but they will get the 'gist' more often than not. While you are doing that, study the French! If you are intending to make friends with this person, maybe they can help you learn and you can do likewise for them to learn or improve upon their English.
