Try some probiotics first as this will help you digest your food easier. Try more fibre in the diet to as this will correct the back ache, flaxseed etc.

My main food is wholewheat products, brown bread, pasta etc so dont need any more fibre! my doc thinks could be wheat intolerance, could this be correct, very tired all the time and also suffer with a lot of headaches.
