If the stranger cannot produce any evidence to the effect that he knew you or moved with you no court can force you for such a test.

Do a comparative DNA test to the real father instead of playing games. This will bring reassurance to dad, make you look good, and be enough evidence to throw the case out.

Only by a court order.
