I went back to a different store but the same store name and talked to the manager and she said they are just dummy cameras. She said to ask the manager at the store and he will tell me. But the fact that I felt violated inside a dressing room should be a crime, or something I would think?

Report this to the Police. They may not be dummies. They should not be there.
