What will happen when I meet the surgeon, will he tell me that if it is cancer or not?

The surgeon will tell you what he finds. The fact that you are seeing a surgeon tells me that he may see the need for surgery and wants to discuss it with you first, whether exploratory or for something he sees as necessary. He generally will explain in detail what he plans on doing and later again what he has done afterwards. I wish you good luck and pray for a speedy recovery.
