Can having ovarian cysts be a cause of you not being able to get pregnant and if you do get pregnant would there be any risk?

Ovarian cysts can cause difficulty in conceiving, but this can often be overcome by fertility drugs, or - in extreme cases - IVF.

There's no reason why the risk should be higher for someone with polycystic ovaries.
