Even though the Indian team is now enjoying a very poor standing in FIFA World rankings and the team is not even any where near of qualifying into the world cup in the near future, it had actually once qualified for world cup. The Indian team was qualified for the 1950 World Cup but the team withdrew from the tournament, when FIFA refused permission for the team to play barefoot. |

Use a tape and Measure around your hand across your palm at the fullest part excluding thumb. Take the measurement in inches. You should measure your dominant hand; the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed. Measure from the tip of the middle finger to the base of the hand. Use the LARGEST of these two measurements for the correct size glove. The number of inches measured equals the size of the glove (example: a 7” measurement equals a size 7 glove). |

According to the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and Luke, it was Simon of Cyrene, who carried Jesus' cross. In the Gospel of John, There is no reference to Simon. I am giving the brief extracts from these Gospels on this part. Matthew 27:32 And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by Mark 15:21 And they compel one Simon a Cyrenian, who passed by, coming out of the country, the father of Alexander and Rufus, to bear his cross. Luke 23:26 And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the country, and on him they laid the cross, that he might bear it after Jesus. John 19:17 And he bearing his cross, went forth into a place called the place of a skull. |
