HI there. I went to Reading festival last August and paid for car parking on site. During the festival, somebody decided to have a BBQ in the car park area and set fire to a load of cars, mine included. My car is a complete write off and I am in the process of claiming through my insurance. I also lost all of my work equipment which is not covered by my motor insurance. I will also lose my no claims bonus, and no doubt my insurance premiums will no be hiked up due to this claim. Do I have any case to sue the festival organisers for negligence? I feel that they are totally responsible as they firstly allowed someone to light a BBQ in an area which was obviously a fire hazard (a hay field full of parked cars), and secondly did not react quickly enough allowing the fire to get to the level that it did (20 or so cars were written off. ) |

| If anyone is to blame I am certain your insurance will try to claim off them. They may be doing this already as they dont tell you much about whats going on. Give them a ring and suggest this. |

I have been getting all the signs of pregnancy, feeling sick, tender breast, aching lower back, on and off abdominal pain, put on weight. But I have still been having a period, although the last couple of months the period has lasted for a couple of days. But I have done a home pregnany test and it was negative, the doctor took a urine sample and tested me, that also came back negative, I am confused, what can be happening with me? |

It sounds as though your having a phantom pregnancy. Why nature plays these tricks on your body we dont know. Animals get them too. Maybe because nature intended us to be pregnant all the time. I'm afraid there is no treatment so I hope it doesn't occur again with you. |

Unless the father has a restraining order against him he should have equal rights over the child's care and decisions for their welfare.
Comments :  No restraining order but mother always gets everything her way as she has full care allowances,father would probably have to go to court if it was any serious changes were made.Father can not afford further court costs.mother gets all legal fees paid. Very unfair system. Thanks anyway!

Scientific evidence suggests using birth control pills for longer periods of time increases your risk of some cancers, such as cervical cancer and liver cancer, but it also decreases your risk of other types of cancer, including ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer. The effect of birth control pills on breast cancer risk isn't quite clear. However, some studies do show a link between pill use and breast cancer. Key factors seem to be how many years you take the pill and how recently you last used the pill. In one study, use of birth control pills led to a higher risk of premenopausal breast cancer in women who took the pill for four or more years before having a baby. Other evidence suggests that 10 or more years after you stop taking the pill, your breast cancer risk returns to the same level as if you had never taken birth control pills. | If you or your partner cant feel its there you have a good chance that it has fallen out maybe into the toilet. If your worried ask to see your practice nurse she will check and remove it if needed. |
