Is there any way I can send unlimited free sms'es from the internet to mobile phones especially mobiles in the U.K, Australia and India? I know that the popular instant messengers like yahoo messenger, rediff bol, msn messenger etc allow the sending of sms'es but this is only limited to 3 sms'es. There are many websites that 'claim' to send sms messages for free but the messages are never delivered. I was just wondering if there is any reliable software or instant messenger which enables sending 'Unlimited Free' sms messages from the net?

Question found in Internet In General
You can use Google send to phone to send text messages to your own phone at http://toolbar.google.com/firefox/extensions/sendtophone/index.html although sending the message is free receiving messages may not be depending on your service plan. You can also do this for free with any email client like Thunderbird, or Outlook (extremely unsafe client), or through Gmail or anything else. Every phone carrier has a different format but every cell phone number with test messaging capabilities has an "email address". If you want to get the "email address" of your phone, you will have to go to your phone and send a text message to your email address. The email will reveal your phone's email address in the "from" section. If you are for some reason unable to, or cannot figure out how to send and email, you can look at this following:

If you know the carrier, just insert the ten digit number before the email suffix

Carrier Send Email to phonenumber@....
Alltel @message.alltel.com
Cingular @mobile.mycingular.com
Nextel @messaging.nextel.com
Sprint @messaging.sprintpcs.com
SunCom @tms.suncom.com
T-mobile @tmomail.net
VoiceStream @voicestream.net
Verizon @vtext.com

And your subject line has a limit of 160 characters usually. Also you may not want to send large text messages because most phones currently have very limited storage so it wont be able to hold a big email. Also you probably don't want any images in it at all.
