| Lactating will cause breast enlargement. Breast pumps have no effect. Breasts will return to (roughly) previous size when no longer lactating, stretching from engorgement notwithstanding. |

Your question implies a certain lack of trust. To answer more directly, yes, it is possible. However, it is not inexpensive and will require her cooperation. Unless DNA material can be recovered and either identified or ruled out, all a physician will be able to determine is "recent sexual activity" (assuming sexual intercourse). It will have to be VERY recent (a few days at most unless there is tissue damage). If YOU have been "active" with her that recently, excepting DNA recovery, the physician will not easily be able to determine whether she had multiple partners. Considering that her cooperation is necessary in any event, resorting to trust might be the best method. If you don't trust her (with REASON, not paranoid jealousy), consider that, perhaps, your relationship has enough problems that it's time to move on anyway. I would also suggest that even requesting that she submit to such an examination will damage any confidence she might have in your trust and this could cause more damage to your relationship than your simple misgivings. Sorry for the psychoanalysis...sometimes folks can't see the forest for the trees. |

Advice is often uncomfortable or inconvenient. Perspective is everything. Have you provided sufficient detail such that the advice can be totally pertinent? Is the advice inconvenient because of, perhaps unstated, personal preferences? Take advice offered within the contexts of which you asked and which it is offered. If it is not relevant or seems distasteful, you might well have to provide more detail as well as consider the agenda of the person offering the advice. For example, if you ask my advice concerning firearms and their (legitimate) use, I have an agenda. I have a (professional) perspective that will affect how I respond. If you are totally opposed to firearms (rake, shovels or other tools), you must qualify your question so that I may respond with qualified advice. Advice is worth no more than the detail in the request or the response. |

How are building site cranes erected? |

A large concrete slab is poured several weeks prior to erection. These can be 30 x 40 feet, several feet deep and weight thousands of tons. The base is anchored to this slab. The mast and other initial parts are assembled in place, usually by a "free" crane. The top section of the tower contains a mechanism that lifts it high enough to insert another tower section. The crane lifts its own sections into place and they are anchored. The tower can "grow" as necessary. The process is reversed when their job is done. |

Me and my b.f have been having unprotected sex for a over a month...I have gotten my period for this month, it started on the 1st of July and ended on the 4th or 5th, then 6 days later on the 14th. I started to spot a little bit, I have been feeling emotional, sick to my belly, cramping in lower belly, feeling dizzy peeing a little more then normal but not bad. I don't have sore boob's but is it possible I could be pregnant or not??? |

You have many of the early symptoms of pregnancy. Sore breasts and/or nipple and areolar changes may not show up for six weeks or more. It is not unusual to have another period following conception. Drop $10 at your drugstore for an EPT. If it's been 4-6 weeks, your results should be fairly accurate. False positives are fairly rare, but false negatives might only mean that it's too early for the test to measure the hormones in your urine. |

By "main switch", it sounds as if you mean the Main Breaker in your circuit breaker panel. No single circuit in the house is drawing more current than its breaker can handle, but the whole house is drawing more current than the main(s) can handle (often a ganged pair of breakers). THIS IS NOT A JOB FOR AN AMATEUR! This is a job for a licensed electrician. Power must be disconnected at the meter before you even begin. This is not the Tim Taylor (Home Improvement) "I can handle this...", you MUST KNOW what you are doing. One slip and you could have one hundred amps of electricity (or more) running through your body faster than you can drop a screwdriver! Under the right circumstances, less than one amp can kill a human. Attempting to repair this because you think you can handle it is potentially suicidal as well as very smelly and messy for your next-of-kin! Because correction to this is potentially so dangerous and could be read here by a child who stumbles across it, I'm not going to suggest a fix. If you REALLY DO KNOW what you're doing, I shouldn't have to spell it out. Please consider that if that you did know, you probably wouldn't have asked the question. Call an electrician. You life is worth more than whatever they charge. Your description over the phone should tell them all they need to know to guess at the cause of your problem. If the problem is what I believe it to be, parts (if needed) will probably be in the $20 range and the job should be less than an hour of labor. I've fixed this exact problem in fifteen minutes, but I DO know what I'm doing. |

You will unless it's near the horizon or you're lying on your back. The earth will be in the moon's sky. Sky is generally considered to be "up" if you're standing on the surface of a planet (or similar). |
