Can a female be pregnant if she has had intercourse a day before her period even though her period came two days after she had intercourse? |

Yes... I have known women who were pregnant for a month and still had a period. The cycle will correct itself. There are many factors that come into play, and I by no means know all of them. If you are concerned you may be pregnant take an at home pregnancy test. The only form of birth control that is 100% effective is to not have sex. Surgery is 99%, birth control pills/injections 96%-98%, condoms around 85%, pulling out 70%, rhythm method 60%. And the combination of them still only reaches no better then 99%. |

Many people wish to know the values of items they have. In this case it would depend on who the manufacturer was. The condition of the toy. Does it still have all its original labels. Does it still have all the original clothes. Is it still in its original packaging? Do you still have the original packaging? The toy could be worth 150 pounds/298 US dollars or more, and then again maybe less depending on its condition. If it is in good shape it may be advisable to purchase a plastic display case for it. To keep it in good condition. Even if it is in the original package. Then dust will no longer accumulate on it. |

That could be rather difficult. And I do disagree with renting/watching a movie to see what a woman looks like during a movie. Doesn't make sense to me to watch actors acting to know what it is like in reality. My personal opinion is just because a woman moans or breathes hard doesn't mean a thing. An actual orgasm is extremely powerful and could not be faked. And a womans can last up to an hour. She can't fake that. My experience has been that because of the changes in the body during an orgasm I can tell. Her body begins quivering from head to toe. On multiple occasions after being intimate and laying together her body keeps shaking, I know she had and is still having an orgasm. And though you may not like this, an inability to tell the difference would be the fault of the man. If you are good in bed, she won't fake. |

This happened to me in 2002. I had applied and been accepted into law enforcement, but the background check stated that I was just released from prison, McNiel Island. That by the records it showed I went to prison in August of 1990 for child molestation. In my case it wasn't hard to show the error. I produced government records, from the military, showing that I was overseas at the time, and had never been to Seattle, Washington. Considering you are in New York and the other is in California, the process shouldn't be difficult for you either. Produce employment records and proof of residency in New York. You may have to attempt to show clock records. That way it can be seen that while you were at work in New York, this other individual was clocked in for work in California. And in addition you may need to provide a birth certificate, to prove you are who you say you are. This should solve the issue of a background check for employment. Completely severing the link to this other individual is another story. That may require hiring an attorney to take care of the process. And then in the future, to keep it from happening again, the use of your full name on documents...first, middle and last. The process can take a long time to completely clear up and can be expensive with the use of a private attorney. In my case it took about two years for records to be completely corrected. Though it didn't cost me anything. Since it had occurred during military service, I used the VA, Department of Military Affairs, and my Congressman. |

A hickey occurs when blood accumulates under the skin do to suction. There is no reason that this would cause cancer. Caused by broken blood vessels, simply not much more then a bruise. Medically you have nothing to worry about, however they are not attractive. A large red or purple bruise on the side of someones neck, just doesn't look good. |

I'm a diabetic with pains down my arms, back, and legs. It hurts when I walk. I have soreness in my mouth, and my eyes are very scratchy. What could these symptoms mean? |

These symptoms are relatively common. The disease causing poor circulation, heart attacks, comas, blindness, death... Don't know what your current glucose numbers are but should be 90 to 98 and not more then 110. At home testers are great but lack the ability to give detailed blood results. I recommend meeting with your doctor and having a complete blood lab done. From there it can be determined what medication and combinations of medications are required. I lost my father to the disease, he didn't keep up with his. Had a diabetic induced heart attack a year ago. As it runs in the family, I then tested mine, which wasn't good 180. After all the labs were complete, it was determined that I could control mine through diet. I changed all my eating habits, reducing sugars, starches, fried foods and sodium. My last check up, this week, all my numbers are excellent. 92 glucose, 170 cholesterol, pulse 60 after jogging, BP 110/50 after jogging and went from 210 pounds to 175. I am 37 and the last time I felt this good was in my late teens/early 20s. Basically shed 20 years of bad health off myself in 3 months. And my follow ups have been moved to every 6 months now. Don't play around with your health. The earlier you make the appointment and change some basic things in your lifestyle the better you will be. Doctor orders may seem extreme, but follow them. I wasn't happy, but I require less sleep now and have more energy. I coach sports for high school kids, and once again can keep up with them. Don't have anything to prove other then to myself, but it is nice knowing you can keep up with an 18 year old. |

I built my washing machine from an empty steel box. Found an old washer cover and put everything in it. The problem could be many things. Timers, gears, belts, internal electronic switches, etc. To be sure what is wrong someone who knows about washing machines will need to look at it to determine what is wrong. But that doesn't mean you need give a technician a call at $50 an hour. Chances are some one you know either knows a little about it or knows someone who does. Normally they will check it out at no charge to you to let you know what is wrong. (You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours.) Depending on what it is they may be able to fix it or advise you that it may be more economically beneficial to purchase another unit. Mention it to a few friends and see if they know anyone that could help. There are alot of people who have attended the original college, mentor...student. I have been blessed by being in the presence of men and women that are very knowledgeable in areas. Don't be surprised if help comes from a stange place. My 14 year old son can build a car from the ground up. He started helping me out of curiosity when he was 2. Taught him all I knew and he moved on to grandpa and so on. Know on his 5th person in the chain, and still says there are things he needs to learn. By his 10th birthday, he already knew more about cars then most mechanics I knew. |

How do I disguise two large drain covers in a small front garden? |

There are many options available to you for disguising the covers, depending on their actual size and the size of any drain holes. 1) You can use container gardens on top of them. Potted plants that would help accent the garden and could be moved or brought inside during winter months. 2) Accent features could be placed on them or in front of them. Such as bird bathes and garden statues. 3) Depending on the size of the drain holes, you could rock the garden. The rock could be moved away to access the drain. And moved back once they are in place again. 4) You could turn the garden into a small garden patio. A social coffee spot, to be enjoyed by you and a friend. By placing an outdoor patio chair over the drain. You could put a small walk path up to it so you wouldn't be walking on the garden, with just a couple of stepping stones. The list can go on. Gardens are areas of personal tastes and expression, no two being the same. Think of what it was you were attempting to put into the space when you installed it, or if it was there when you moved in, what you want the space to be. There isn't any right or wrong answer for disquising the drains. What needs to be done shall be determined by what you want the area to reflect. I install custom gardens, hence the name AKA Customs. What I would do may not be what you would do, which is why I provided you with a few options. You can choose one of those, or something totally different. Your garden, your personallity, your vision. The right answer is what you want to refelct from your garden. |

Most people have the appendix on the right side of the body. There are a few that the appendix is on the left. However due to nerve configuration of the lower abdomen the pain is usually felt on the opposite side of the body. Most appendix...right side; most pain...left side. Get her to an ER as soon as possible. |

A little basic ingenuity and construction will solve the problem. A container, ie trunk, tote, etc as the base. Any item that will isolate the glow of the light into a specific area. Place the light into this item. Then construct a funnel to hold bring them into your holding area. Tomato baskets are already have a funnel shape. I would use that and cut a white pillow case to attach to it. Attaching the base of the basket to a bucket. The isolated light will cause the pillow case to glow, attracting the moths. Which could be collected then. The funnel shape will have some of the moths go into the bucket which could be collected later. And with this type of system, will keep the moths from actually coming into contact with the light, killing them. Comments :  Thank you for your time, I will try this method. Very interesting idea.
