| Although this may be frightening to you, you will have to tell both families about this. You may be discouraged by the response but a baby's life is in the balance here and it is no longer just about you and him anymore. Family support is important and you will need them more now than ever. Good things can come out of this if you make a genuine effort to do so. Good luck to all of you. |

Our Grandson age 17, left his home and came directly to our home because of constant emotional stress. He does not want to go back to his mother. What rights do we have to let him stay here for a while? She refuses to let him have any of his clothes to go to school........JAM |

The straw that broke the camel's back is what sent him to you. Either he or the mother has had irreconcilable differences so he has come to you for support and shelter. Get him some clothes for the time-being. He will tell you the "whole story" when he is ready and you can decide what to do then. For now, he needs your help as does the mother but she may be very upset that he has brought this problem they have between each other to your door. She can't stop him from going to school so he should continue to attend. By your allowing him to come to you, you probably see an injustice done by one or both of them but all you can do is help the best way you know how. As long as he "and she" behaves, there is no legal problem with him staying with you other than a disagreement between them. Remember, violence is not tolerated and if you find yourself in the middle of something very bad, contact an attorney for legal advice or if it is an immediate threat to you or anyone else, you call the police. | This is routinely used for outdoor lighting but there are many other practical applications. A solar panel is installed on the device and it absorbs the sun's rays. While the sun's energy is being converted, transferred and stored to rechargeable batteries, an electrical circuit which is also installed in the device, (for lights for example), takes that energy from the charged batteries after dark and sends it back to the device, or light, causing it to work. The exact definition is: Energy derived from the Sun or sunlight for use as a source of electricity. |

The length of time it takes for a puppy to become house-trained can vary widely. Some may pick it up immediately while others may take as long as six months. Puppies are not able to reliably control themselves until they are about 6 months old so you may have the occasional accident. The speed of training will depend on the puppy but also the amount of time and effort that you put in doing this. The easy way to house train a puppy is to make sure that you do not allow your puppy the opportunity to have an accident. This means that you should be sure that you take your puppy to the place you want it to go at times when you can expect that the puppy will be full. This will be after meals, drinking, sleep and sometimes after activity. Lead the puppy outside, when the puppy begins to sniff around as if it wants to go then quietly begin to encourage and praise, so that you do not overly-distract the puppy. You can train your puppy to go on command by reinforcing this with a command like 'go pee' or "hurry". When your puppy has finished you can then give praise. The more often you do this the faster your puppy will learn. Be sure that your puppy is supervised as much as possible so that you can avoid accidents. He will then eventually come to you and remind you when he needs to go. Good luck. |

I noticed that my PC is running very slowly over the last few days so I bought up the task manager and have found that something called-"NMIndexStoreSvr.." is using all my CPU -90% to 100%. This is happening even when I am not using any applications and just have the desktop running. Does anyone know what this is and what I can do about it, it is seriously affecting my PCs performance. Nero is hard to remove completely from your system. You can remove the running processes within your startup settings by using defender pro or download hijackthis or ccleaner from download.com. Read the instructions carefully before removing items like these. Good luck.
Comments :  Thanks for your answer. I seem to have solved the problem by disabling Nero Scout. Nero sent me a huge update over the weekend which took hours to download and install and that's when the problem started. I hope others aren't suffering the same problem.

| The surgeon will tell you what he finds. The fact that you are seeing a surgeon tells me that he may see the need for surgery and wants to discuss it with you first, whether exploratory or for something he sees as necessary. He generally will explain in detail what he plans on doing and later again what he has done afterwards. I wish you good luck and pray for a speedy recovery. |

If there is no center, or edge to the universe, how do they know what direction the object within are moving? Who can they say the universe is expanding, if there is no starting reference point? |

Drop a pebble in a small pond from one end and watch the waves go outwards. Send 3 people to 3 different locations and have them tell you when the first wave reached them. Take the written data and then you will have direction of travel, location reached and which waves traveled the farthest by using only time and a wave. You can even calculate the speed of the wave with a little more math and even figure out how large the pond is, only by using time and a wave. Time is relative in space because it takes so much of it to determine the distance of the objects due to one important factor, distance. Light, lasers, sound, RF, man made objects at points, stationary locations in space, etc., can be used to determine this. Now, not only just light it used, but the color-spectrum of the light is being used to determine the trajectory of the planets, etc. This gives them the tools to help determine an originating point from where the "wave" started. Some call it possibly, the big bang. They are still trying to put the data together in order to see from where every object is going in space. Almost like using a wave to catch one. |

I recently purchased a Chevy 1961 Apache Fleetside pickup and I'm restoring it including all new electrical harnesses. After installing it, the truck won't start. It cranks, but doesn't have spark. Also, I'm not getting lights or accessories. What is the problem? |

| If you are certain that the wiring is correct, you may want to look into the grounding system. There are two critical grounding points due to the rubber motor and transmission mounts. One would be a very clean bond with the negative side of the battery and the motor and a common link between it and another good clean one on the frame. This would explain the lack of voltage because it may not be a complete circuit. Good luck. |
