hi, I need some advice on something. I was in a store in the dressing room trying on some clothes and when I looked in the mirror I saw a camera. It had a bubble over it so I don't know where it was pointed but if I could see it then it could see me if it was pointed at me. I don't know if I should say something or not. cause if I'm wrong then I don't want to stir up something that doesnt need to be brought up. Any lawyers or people out there with legal advice that may be able to help me let me know? THANKS

Mostly confined to the radar and radio(RF) range. Electromagnetic waves may be confined in tubes as well, such as wave guides, or guided by transmission lines. Oscillating electricity is basically what causes this, hence the word radiation or EMF. In a former life, I've operated, maintained and spliced most all mediums of RF transport, including lasers. A laser signal will not be affected by lightning strike or other EMF while operating in a fiber optic cable. A simple light bulb gives off radiation but only at 60hz typically in the US and isn't harmful but when you can concentrate, transmit and receive this at high frequencies, it can burn your eyes. and the decoding process can cause the RF signal to be read by instrument and when greater than approximately 20dbuv per meter at 3 meters, then it can cause interference to communications, etc. Generally, the closer you are to the source of the oscillating electricity(electromagnetic waves), the greater the influence on it's surroundings in the form of RF(radio frequency)or EMF.

What would cause headlights, taillights, power door locks, power seats and interior lights to stop working on a 95 Buick Century?Rradio resets to am every time car is turned off. Clock resets too. Radio works. Windows don't either.

Your lights should be on a separate circuit than the radio and windows. This is more likely several separate issues if not related to your battery, terminals and corrosion, or alternator. Inspect each individual fuse on both panels, clean or change the battery terminals to insure a good fit, charge the battery, and look for water or moisture/condensation on the bulb terminals if not a fuse or faulty wiring related. This car almost sounds as if it has been in a flood.
The alternator could also be failing even though it will start. The radio typically resets when the connection is lost completely due to the current drop while starting as does the clock. When the battery is disconnected you can re-create this effect as will pulling the fuse to it. It would make more sense if these were all separate issues and may need to be treated as such. Good luck.

It is not required but one reason is to keep the feet from making direct contact with ground mostly during the transition to the thermal heated water and back. Its like sticking your tongue to a frozen flag pole. It will come off, but after losing skin and much pain.

My grandson has very low blood pressure and has fainting spells. What can be causing this condition?

| Question found in Personal Health Issues |

Low blood pressure can be broadly defined as any blood pressure that is below the normal expected for an individual in a given environment. Low blood pressure, therefore, is a relative term. Blood pressure varies greatly with activity, age, medications, and underlying medical conditions. Low blood pressure is also referred to as hypotension.
Low blood pressure can result from conditions that do not begin in the nervous system, conditions of the nervous system, and drugs.
Conditions that are not nervous system illness which can cause low blood pressure include bleeding, infections, dehydration, heart disease, adrenal insufficiency, pregnancy, prolonged bed rest, poisoning, toxic shock syndrome, and blood transfusion reactions.
Conditions of the nervous system which can lead to low blood pressure include changing position from lying to more vertical (postural hypotension), stroke, shock, lightheadedness after urinating or defecating, fright, Shy-Drager syndrome, Parkinson's disease, and neuropathy.
Drugs which can cause low blood pressure include blood pressure drugs, diuretics (water pills), heart medications (especially calciumantagonists-nifedipine/Procardia, beta blockers-propranolol/Inderal and others), depression medications (such as amitriptylene/Elavil), and alcohol. I hope this is helpful and good luck to him.

My fiance and I have been engaged for 2 years. Just lately this year he has changed. He said he believes in the greater good, he wants to do something that means something, something he will be remembered for and him not doing that is making him a very miserable person and it really is. He is never happy anymore, everything is an argument. He tells me I am simple minded and a peasant for thinking the way I do. I respect his views I really do. I don't really understand it but I respect it. Shouldn't he respect mine? He is beginning to become hard to live with, I do everything for him and all he does is play a video game all day. He says he will never be happy until he does whatever to be remembered but he's making me miserable with him. What can I do? What do I do? I love him to death, I mean he's my fiance and I want nothing more then to spend the rest of my life with him. On Valentines Day he gave me presents and I gave him his and then he got on the computer to play his game. All I wanted was some time with him and he didn't want to spend it with me. Have I just just became routine for him?

The world is full of many people who want to do good and nearly all of them accomplish what they feel in their hearts as the best approach. This site is a great example of that because, (speaking for myself), it allows me to maybe make a difference to someone who can build a better life learning from my mistakes and the knowledge I have gained in making them. Maybe he is the same in his concerns and simply can't express it in words as he would like to. I often have this problem as you may be able to tell.
We watch people change all of the time and when that change may become even close to radical, it is cause for concern. If your fiance is only going through a recent change, this is probably temporary. This can be health, financial, extended family concerns, and other related causes, and they are all legitimate ones. There are also martyrs and those like them, (sorry, I am obligated to say it), as well, and even the closest people to them do not realize this until it is too late. This doesn't mean that I think this in your situation, but others will read this stuff too and maybe it will be of some help to them.
In an attempt to be more positive, he sounds as if he's trying to find himself and the reason why he is there. Look at what he may have gone through in his life to get to his current situation. Surely you have inspired him in some way in the past and you seem genuine and willing to help as much as you can. It can sometimes stall and become a form of depression, fear of becoming average or just his need to change the world around him in a more positive way. His comments to you are a little too harsh and you can't base your existence on someone elses opinion, not even his if he's speaking to you this way. If you do, you are hurting yourself and possibly your children in the future. If you pry into his mind too much it may become more obvious and it may even help him discover what he needs to, although, many men do not respond well to this approach.
I can only add that you seem to be doing the best that you can, given the circumstance, but you have very good reason to have concern for him. Only you will know how close you two really are based on your time invested with him and only you will know for sure if you are going down the wrong path or not. These phases come and go often, but adhere to the warning signs you ever-so-slightly touched on in your question. I wish you and him the best of luck now and in the future.

OUTLINE OF THE PROCEDURE
Your named nurse will introduce herself and explain what to expect.
A small needle/canula will be inserted into a vein in the back of your hand or arm. This is called a venflon and allows your named nurse to obtain blood samples without causing too much discomfort.
This test involves initial measurement of blood and urine concentration at 0900 a.m. after fasting from mid-night.
You will then be allowed dry food only without any fluid up until 4.00 p.m.
Body weight, amount of urine output will be measured hourly.
Blood and urine samples will be sent to measure the concentration at 0900, 1200, 1500 and 1600.In normal people, hourly urine output will drop and will become more concentrated as you had no fluid intake. Body weight and blood concentration will remain the same.
If you have Diabetes insipidus due to lack of ADH, you will continue to produce large amounts of urine despite having taken in no fluid. The urine remains diluted, body weight falls and blood become more concentrated as you become dehydrated.
At 1600 hr DDAVP (manufactured medicine similar to natural ADH) will be injected and you will be allowed to take fluid. Urine and blood collections will continue up until 2000hr.The aim is to assess the body’s response to a lack of fluids and then the response after an injection of DDAVP.
Good luck to her.
