Paracetamol has wide range of side effects some of which don't depend on the amount consumed ( e.g acute salicylate poisining), and some of which are uncommon to occur. Although, things which need to mention are gastritis, nausea, vomiting, allergic reactions, bleeding disorders(if the person is already predisposed to it.) etc etc. Codiene as such is safe but can cause constipation, drowsiness, respiratory depression etc.
