Why did he lie and say she was his cousin? You need to confront him - without betraying your friend - and ask if she is his cousin. If he's lying he's doing it for a reason - now that reason might be because you are paranoid and jealous - are you? If you are why? Have you been let down before ? By him ? If not by him then you need to trust him, give him a chance, he shouldn't have to suffer for someone else having let you down. If he's let you down before and now he's lying to you - leave him.
