Depends how far along you are. When the baby is quite big, all your internal organs get squished out of the way and can give you discomfort. The muscles you use to pee or move your bowels are closely connected with those that are holding the uterus up - pelvic floor muscles involved too. But as with anything in pregnancy - if you are worried - get it checked out.
